Common Questions

Our gatherings last about 75 minutes from start to finish. That includes live music, a meaningful message, and a few moments to breathe and reflect. You won’t be sitting for hours, and we’re pretty mindful of your time — especially if you have little ones or brunch plans. If you’re new, we suggest arriving about 10–15 minutes early so you can park, grab a coffee, and check in kiddos or find your seat without feeling rushed.

Not at all. We welcome people from all walks of life — skeptics, seekers, the spiritually curious, and those just testing the waters. You won’t be singled out or pressured to believe anything. Just come as you are and explore at your own pace. You might be surprised at how much you resonate with the message of hope, purpose, and belonging — even if you’re not sure what you believe yet.

Nope. Never. We’re not into spotlighting anyone. If it’s your first Sunday, we’ll invite you to stop by the LifeCenter for a gift and a hello — but it’s totally optional. You’re free to attend anonymously if that’s more comfortable for you. No surprise introductions. No name tags. Just a seat waiting for you.

You’re in good company. Our church is full of people with real stories — brokenness, doubts, restarts, and redemption. Jesus meets people in the middle of the mess, not after they’ve cleaned up. We don’t expect perfection. We believe in grace. So whether you’re carrying heavy questions, past hurts, or you just feel like you’re starting from scratch — there’s space for you here.

Nope. Our giving is an opportunity for worship. You’ll never be pressured or guilted into giving. If you’re new, there’s no expectation for you to give. Your presence matters far more to us than your wallet.

Absolutely. Valley Students (middle and high schoolers) meet on Sunday evenings from 6-9pm for connection, fun, and real conversations about life and faith. We also have various events that happen throughout the year, like camp, community volunteer opportunities, and retreats. If you’re a student, we’d love to meet you! And if you are a parent, there’s a place for your teen here with us!

If you fill out a Connect Card or stop by the LifeCenter, someone from our team will follow up with a short “thanks for visiting” text or email, no pressure, no spam. It’s just a way to help you take your next step (if you want to). But if you’d rather fly under the radar for a while, that’s totally okay too.

We’re a non-denominational Christian church — meaning we’re not tied to a specific denomination, but we hold to historic, Jesus-centered beliefs. If you’re curious about what we believe or want to know if this is a place you can trust, check out our Beliefs Page for a clear, down-to-earth breakdown.
